It was supposed to be a Me -> Mothman transformation.
But... well... it's more like Me -> Really scary butterfly/mosquito transformation. THIS PIECE IS FUCKING HEAVY. Acrylic, oil, and Sharpie on particle board About 39" x 25" Had to take a photo, the lighting is shit... there is a copious amount of deliciously shiny metallic gold acrylic paint on there. In everything. Hair, skin, eyes, wings... mmmm. But it doesn't show well in a photo. You have to move in front of it to get that effect.  |
