Ballpoint pen, felt tip pen, Sharpies, and a Magic Marker.

Sketchbook warm-up assignment, focus on line: Draw either whether you have angels or demons in your closet/under your bed.

I think you can tell what I did. :slow:
I was told a version of this story when I was young, on a sleepover trip to Mt. Potosi with a really really religious summer camp. Many of you will probably recognize it, too: [link]
It freaked the shit out of me, because I loved to sleep with my hand over the bed.

I tried/failed to make the upper half of a scary face in the wood on the bed frame. It sort of looks like it's just being special and yelling, "HOOLOOLOOLOO!!!"

Anywho.
I HAVE A SCANNER NOW!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY
That means I don't have to take photos of EVERYTHING I DO.
Though... everything I do nowadays is too big for a scanner. :\

Wow. Very nice and dark, perfect for Halloween or as an illustration for an anthology of horror stories. That story is a bit...creepy.

I remember my friend telling me a similar ghost story in elementary school.

Creepy shit man. And you portrayed it fantastically.

Don't poke me unless you intend to put out.

Awesome work, your very talented. Reminds me of something my son :iconmr-ie: would draw...he likes the creepy stuff, too. :)

OMG THAT IS JUST FUCKING WRONG YOU HAVE TRAUMATIZED ME MY DOG IS NEVER LEAVING MY SIDE EVER AGAIN!!!!

But the retarded wood makes me feel better. ^_^

You supercilious insignificant piece of mortal inconvenience. If you insinuate that I prevaricate I shall find it painfully nescessary to horizontalize your perpendicularity.

I knew instantly from the thumbnail what urban legend this was going to be. Although in the version I always heard, the girl let her hand be licked a few times that night, and then realised that her dog had actually died a few days before... *creepy*
This is an awesome piece of work though. I like the detail on the tongue, making it 'more than human'. I also especially like the stippling used on the hand. Did people in the class recognise the story behind this?

Wow! Would ya look at that!? --> [link]

WOO THANKS!
Haha the version I heard was with an old lady, and the words were written in blood on her hand...
And then she got eaten.

Eh didn't really show people in class, it was just sort of an assignment to kill time. But my friend who sits next to me in class did recognize it, so that was cool.
:iconhysteriabound:
O_O that version sounds even creepier...
It's cool that someone recognised it, I bet everyone has different versions of this story.
